Over these past couple weeks, fall weather has really been kicking in…some mornings have been 4°C aka 39°F! Along with the chilly temperature comes plenty of rainy and cloudy days, which I tried my best to mentally prepare for when I moved here. Thankfully I’m a journal and hot tea kind of gal, so I’m happy as a clam when I’ve got my cozy set up on the overcast days. Will and I do venture out on the clear afternoons for sight-seeing and fresh air–we’re not hermits, I swear! We’re heading to Taiwan in less than 2 weeks for a 3-month Asia trip , which I’m super excited about…especially for the food. I’ll be shooting lots of photos during our travels through Asia too. Stay tuned! 🙂

Because I can’t get a dog yet, these are my pets for now. My baby plants <3
There’s nothing like a slow afternoon of colorful doodling and sketching. #therapy
The cozy corner is, of course, next to the windows & heater.
(My journal was a beautiful handmade gift from my dear friend, Serena <3)
Rather than take my ‘pets’ out for walks, I just move them around the house all day.
Here I’m peeking at them from over the edge of the bed. #peekaboo #imcrazy
Some people collect stamps on their travels. I collect little trinkets from around the world.
Small shiny treasures that each carry a different story behind them.

O U T & A B O U T
A beautiful rose along Le Coulée Verte, the Highline of Paris.
View from the top…crazy how every angle of this city is post-card pretty.
L’Arc de Triomphe stands tall, despite the world changing constantly around it.
A beautiful thing.
You really have an eye for detail, I love your photos!
Thank you, that means a lot to me!❤️
